The Photo adator allows a SLR (Single Lens Reflex) camera to be connected to the telescope. A second component called a 'T' mount allows your brand of camera to screw into the photo adaptor. Astrophotography can be done quite simply by using a camera whose shutter can be left open, exposing the film to the light of the night sky. When the camera is used with a telescope the light gathering power is awesome.

Variable Zoom binoculars are great for finding objects to look at before looking through a telescope. Magnifications range from 7x-15x for the smallest 35mm front lens models to 12x-60x magnification for the largest 70mm front lens model. A camera tripod is best for the the larger pairs as high magnifications are hard to hold steady.
